Anyway, these album covers are from one guy’s huge collection of 60s and 70s Thai, Singaporean, Indonesian, and Japanese pop records. They are super daggy and super sweet. Enjoy them, and you can see many more at pbase.com.

The Japanese label gained a little more recognition outside the land of the rising sun since collaborations with Ed Banger and So Me. This season they’re bringing colour back, and to those who were burnt by last year’s neon overload, be not afraid because Roc Star do it right. Crazy patterns, interesting fabrics (hey there PVC, haven’t seen you much outside of strip clubs and raves at the Altona Leisure Centre circa 1997, but welcome!) and some of the cutest models ever team up for the lookbook. You might recognise a few faces like Taz Arnold, Big-O and the Teriyaki Boyz too.
Pretty much love it.

You’ve probably heard of him but may only know of him as that YouTube guy… You know the one that took photos of himself every day for six years and made it into a movie only to have it viewed 10 million times. Well the folks at booooooom kindly inform me that there’s a bit more than initially meets the eye with this cyber-celebrity. For one, he has a name – Noah Kalina, and another thing, the guy’s actually a really good photographer.
